If you haven’t dived Leigh Reef for a while this is always a superb dive with Kingi’s regulary circling divers at this site
Have it on good authority (The Right Honourable Peter Mesley). that Leigh Reef is one of the most under dived site that he knows of.
The site has a drop off to 18m and plenty of anemones and there are crayfish hiding in the cracks and crevices.
Not only are there regularly kingfish, but there are also Blue maomao.
There are caves for more experienced divers to explore – make sure you take a good torch with you!
